A pizza that tells of Novara.
Da Sofia is born from a love for pizza made the old way — real, light, that leaves only the pleasure of taste. On Via XXIII Marzo, in the heart of Novara, we built a small place where time sets the rhythm: the dough rises slowly, ingredients follow the seasons, the oven does the rest.
We wanted a place to return to. For a family evening, a pause with friends, a romantic dinner. A place where quality feels like home and the welcome is genuine.
